Here at the Ewe and Lamb, Steven Slade (head chef) along with our team of chefs make every dish to order and prepare every thing on site using the best of all local ingredients, Northiam dairy, morghew patato, j&f fruiterers, south coast fish, Weald smokery, moons green charcuterie, albion fine foods, to name but a few.

We also cater for all dietary requirements gluten free, dairy free, vegan and meat eaters all welcome.
